Requirements for the operating environment of endoscopes:
The indoor environment is dominated by dark room environment to avoid direct glare. The fluorescent lamp is turned off and shadowless lamp is used for lighting at the beginning of the operation. The temperature in the room before the operation is kept at 22~25C, the humidity is about 50%, and the room is acid proof, alkali proof, and vapor proof. Avoid interference from strong electricity and electromagnetic fields. Ensure voltage stability during surgery, and maintain a continuous voltage regulator of 220V to prevent damage to precision instruments.
Indoor instrument positioning and placement:
The power socket in the operating room should be a rooftop suspended type to avoid interference with the power cord caused by personnel moving and touching the power socket, ensuring the smooth progress of the surgery, and also avoiding instrument damage due to unstable voltage.
Generally, monitors have been tested and adjusted to a good display state by relevant technical personnel during installation, so it is not recommended for users to debug on their own.
If the monitor does not display, please check the connection between the patch panel and power cord, whether the monitor switch is on, whether the camera system is on, and whether the output of the camera system is correctly connected to the input port of the monitor.
After color distortion, the optical interface of the camera system can be aimed at objects or images with bright colors, and contrast, saturation, and brightness can be adjusted through the menu on the monitor. Avoid strong magnetic objects approaching the monitor and regularly perform demagnetization maintenance. Camera system and light source:
Although many endoscopes declare that the optical interface is waterproof, it is not recommended to disinfect the optical interface and connecting wires. Disinfect the sleeve every time it is used, which can increase the service life of the optical interface. If disinfection is needed, please use a low-temperature steam method.
The socket cannot be forcefully inserted or unplugged. It should be aligned with the position at twelve o'clock for direct insertion, direct extraction, and gentle handling. Regular white balance calibration should be performed.
Prevent the optical interface from coming into contact with liquids, even if claimed to be waterproof equipment, so do not soak and disinfect the focusing head and wiring. If there is little contact with glucose like liquids, please immediately wipe the surface liquid of the optical interface with a dry cloth after surgery.
To prevent inflexible movement of crystal in the bayonet, please do not force it to be used in case of abnormalities. Optical cables cannot be disinfected by soaking or high-temperature high-pressure methods. If disinfection is required, please use low-temperature black steam or light alcohol to wipe the surface for disinfection.
Users should carefully record the usage time of the light source bulb and prepare a spare bulb as it approaches its lifespan.
